What is DIM?
DIM (Diindolylmethane) is a nutrient commonly found in cruciferous vegetables; normally when broccoli, cabbage, or any other cruciferous vegetable is chewed it activates these hidden enzymes. These enzymes then mix with your stomach acid and create DIM. The nutrient DIM is one of the reasons why it is suggested that you eat the recommended five servings of fruits and vegetables a day.
